For myself
Start with what's happening in your life.
Not with our services. Find the sentence below that sounds most like this month, and we will take it from there.
Which of these is closest?
Say it plainly. We will do the sorting.
What happens then
Understanding first. Then something to try. Then, if you want it, a person.
There is no single right entry point, and no order you are supposed to follow. Some people read a book first and never speak to anyone. Some people book a conversation in week one. Both are fine.
What we would rather avoid is the version where you have to work out the difference between a course, a meditation, a book and a coaching session before you are allowed to be helped. That is our job, not yours.
Practice
Guided meditations
Relaxation, stillness, wellbeing and pain relief, narrated by the authors.
Personal
One-to-one coaching
Around ninety minutes, one person, one situation. Objective assessments where useful.
Coaching and personal development are not clinical care. If what you are carrying needs medical or mental-health support, please speak to a qualified professional — and we will happily say so if we think that is the right next step.
A place to start
Acceptance is where most people begin.
Acceptance, in a life
Most everyday frustration is the distance between what you expected and what happened. Acceptance is not approval and it is not resignation — it is agreeing to start from where you actually are, which is the only place anything can be changed from.
Where are your expectations quietly setting you up to be disappointed?
Acceptance, in a leadership role
Resistance to uncertainty is expensive. Leaders who cannot accept the situation in front of them spend their energy arguing with it — and make slower, narrower decisions as a result. Accepting the facts early is what buys you the room to act on them.
Which reality are you and your team still negotiating with instead of planning around?
Find your path
Question 1 of 3
What would you most like to change or understand?
Choose the one that is closest. You can change it later.
Where is this showing up?
The same idea reads differently at home and at work.
What would help most right now?
There is no wrong answer here.
Your path
Three places to begin.
Nothing here needs an email address or an account. If you would like these three kept somewhere, tell us where to send them — entirely optional.
